Rooms in the House
Our guests may choose from three rooms located on the first floor: the Peace Room, the Wildflower Room, and the Garden Room. The nightly rate for a room is $95 including breakfast, or $80 without breakfast.
The Peace Room
The Peace Room features a double bed with memory foam mattress, refrigerator, writing desk, bureau, full closet, coat rack, rocking chair, bookshelves with an array of reading material, and beautifully colored oriental rugs. The nature scenes depicted in the art work on the walls and the sculpture of the meditating woman set the tone for this room — a place to find some peace from the rapid pace of normal life. For your convenience, there is a telephone available for local calls and long distance calls with a calling card, an alarm clock, wireless internet access, and TV with DVD/VCR.
The Wildflower Room
The Wildflower Room has a queen bed with handcrafted Kingsdown mattress. Four large windows look out into the secluded backyard. It’s a cozy room with a floral artwork on the walls and an oriental-style rug. This room includes a TV and VCR, refrigerator, set of drawers, full closet and wireless internet.
The Garden Room
Last but not least is the Garden Room. It offers a pull-out queen-size bed with memory foam topper and an additional twin-size daybed that converts to a couch. It is the ideal room for back-to-nature folks who enjoy the gentle breeze from the gardens and the panoramic views of green trees, grass and flowers. You can leave behind phones, TVs and other distractions in this room and curl up in the rocking chair with a good book.
You may also enjoy the common rooms on the first floor of the house. Guests may have access to the microwave in the kitchen.
